How to download O365 Apps

1. Visit the Microsoft Portal at portal.office.com and sign in with your UT San Antonio email and passphrase. Duo 2-factor authentication may be required.
2. Click the waffle icon and then click "More apps" 
3. Click the "Install apps" button in the top right hand corner of the page. From here, you can install Copilot, Copilot for mobile, and Office365 applications.
4. Click "Install Office" to download Office setup to your PC; run the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install.

3. Click the "Install apps" button in the top right hand corner of the page. UT San Antonio academic campus users who are active faculty/staff or students may download Office 365 applications on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones.
4. When Safari asks whether to allow downloads from “m365.cloud.microsoft” and “portal.office.com”, click Allow. The installer (.pkg) downloads to your Downloads folder — double-click it to open.
5. Click "Install Office" to download Office setup; run the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install.

1. Visit the App Store on your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) and search for the Office365 application you'd like to install (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
2. Tap "Get" and double-click to install
3. Open the app and sign in with your UT San Antonio email and passphrase. If prompted, select the option for "work or school account."
